Participants are advised to consume responsibly and check all ingredients before use. By submitting an entry, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the campaign. Trinity Falls will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Participant accepts and assumes all risks and liability for any injury or damage, however caused, arising from participation in this event. Participant hereby releases and discharges the event sponsor, its officers, employees, affiliates and agents, from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney's fees, relating to such participation.
